Buttermilk Salad Dressing 06 09 93

Ingredients
 

1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup light (calorie-reduced) lowfat mayo, nnaise
3 tbsp minced fresh parsley
3 tbsp chopped chives
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp minced fresh (or 1 ts dried) tarrag, on
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 dash of worcestershire sauce
1 salt, coarse pepper, to taste

Preparation
 
Procedure: Gently fold ingredients together; refrigerate until serving
time. Spoon over torn lettuce or mixed salad. Yield: Makes about 1 cup
dressing, about 25 calories per tablespoon.
