Hummous Bi Tahini

Ingredients
 

2 can chick-peas (about 4 cups)
4 large garlic cloves
2/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup tahini paste
1 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp salt, pepper to taste
2 lemons (juiced,pits removed)
1/4 tsp vitamin c crystals

Preparation
  Drain and rinse chick-peas. Mince garlic in processor first. Then add
chick peas, olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, salt, pepper, cumin, and
vitamin C. Process until mixture is completely smooth. Serve chilled
or at room temperature with pita bread or crackers. Garnish with
paprika, olives and parsley. Lemon juice may be replaced with 1/2 t.
citric acid dissolved in 6 oz. hot water.

Red Bean Dip

Red Pepper Dip
Place garlic and jalapeno pepper in food processor or mill and puree. Add pecans, pimento peppers, olive oil and salt and process until mixture is smooth. Mix in Parmesan, if desired.     strongServings: 1/strong   (Upload by user)

Rosy Caraway Cheese Dip

Seafood Dip
In a bowl, mix the first 10 ingredients until smooth. Spread in a 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees F 20 minutes or until bubbly. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables. Yield: 6 8 servings. Rec (Upload by user)

Seaman s Dip
Drain the can of salmon and flake the fish into a large bowl. Mash the avocado with the rind and juice of the lime, stir into the salmon then add the tomatoes, cheese, chillies and yogurt. Mix well but try to keep the texture quite rough. Season to taste then serve with the (Upload by user)

Sesame Cheese Dip Mix
