Chocolate Roll

Ingredients
 

5 eggs -- separated
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa -- sifted
1 soft chocolate
1 frosting/filling
1 or
1 sweetened whipped cream

Preparation
 
Beat whites and salt till soft peaks form. Add sugar and beat till
stiff. Beat yolks till thick. Fold into whites along with cocoa .
Grease a jelly roll pan, line with waxed paper and grease the paper.
Spread batter in pan, Bake 20 min. at 350F.

Invert pan onto towel dusted iwith sifted cocoa or powdered sugar.
Roll up cake with towel. When cooled, unroll and spread with
chocolate filling or whipped cream. Reroll.
