Mega Veggie Sandwich
Ingredients

Begin by making "cheese" mixture. Let fake "cream" warm up
some then combine with garlic, pepper,red pepper,
basil,grate 1/4 of onion in to "cheese" so that the onion
juice gets in there as well and enough soy mayo to make it
spreadable. Let this mixture rest. Now slice tomato,
cucumber, 1/2 onion, and the other veggies you have, very
thinly. Slice you loaf of vegan bread in 1/2 horizontally (so that
you will end up with one big sandwich). You will want to
remove some of the soft vegan bread to make room for you fillings.
Now spread your "cheese" mixture on both sides of your vegan bread
so that the entire surface is covered. Layer veggies on
bottom half and cover with top. Press the sandwich together
lightly and wrap in foil or plastic wrap and place in
refrigerator fo at least an hour.
Note: If you want to jazz it up some get a jar of marinated
pepper and add to your veggie layer. Black olives are a plus
as is the vegan cheese of your choice. Have fun with this,
all of my non-veg friends love this, it is very filling, I
will be interested to hear any sugestions you have.

You take 1 slice of whole wheat vegan bread and spread 2 good size tablespoons of hummus on it. Then you add a generous amout of sprouts and a layer of fresh tomato slices. Top with two vlasic stacker slices and add 1/2 tsp. of dijon musturd to other slice (Upload by user)

In a frying pan sprayed with "pam", fry sliced tempeh on both sides till brown...then put margerine on both slices of vegan bread, and place the cheese on the one half of bread to melt, and add the tempeh, russian dressing, saurkraut, and the other slice of cheese and then the other slice of b (Upload by user)
Slice the potato into medium thick slices (you will have leftover potato so I suggest you bake the rest and save it for later). In a blender combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper and fresh herbs until the items are combined. Clean and discard the stem of the mushrooms and place in a resealable bag. This sounds really strange--but my mom made it all the time when I was little. Use as much peanut butter as you want, and then add a few slices of onion. The strong tastes kind of cancel each other out, so be liberal with the onion. You can toast the vega (Upload by user)

Chop the avocado, tomato, and onion. Mince the garlic or put throuh a garlic press. Rinse the beans. Combine the vegetables with the olive oil and stir gently. Cut the pita in half and stuff each side with the avocado mixture. (Upload by user)

Add any one or two of the ingredients to your peanut butter sandwich. My kids look forward to this light meal. I use ingredients that I have on hand at the time. Too many choices will confuse them. (Upload by user)

Cut bagel in half and arrange tomatoes on one slice and "cheese" on the other. Place on cooking sheet and broil in oven until "cheese" is melted. Remove from oven and put bagel sandwich together. This is very simple. Spread the veganaise inside both slices of vegan bread. Put the cheese inside the two vegan breads. Butter the outside of the vegan breads. Fry if up on medium or whatever in some oil. WALA yummmmmmy!!

Add as much of the ingrediants as you like. Seasoned mozzeralla tastes good; perhaps a vegan brand. You can add olive oil for added flavor. (Upload by user)
Pre-heat the oven to 350.Cut zucchini and squash into 3 inch strips and sautee with olive oil and spices. Cut up tofu into slices of similar size, toss those into the pan when the veggies are almost done.Cut the vegan bread into 4 inch pieces and then hallow the pieces out without cutting (Upload by user)
