Fresh Fruit Salad

Ingredients
 

  • half of a cantalope
  • one kiwi
  • some grapes
  • soya yogurt (your favourite flavour)
  • sliced almonds

Preparation
 



Slice the fruit into bite size pieces, place in a bowl, add
desired amount of soya yogurt (half a cup) and mix together.
Sprinkle sliced almonds on top and enjoy!


*This can be made with any kind of fruit.


**Makes a great breakfast!

Fruity Bean Sprout Salad
Steam sprouts. Mix all other vegetables and fruits. Season to taste with salt, vegan sugar, pepper, lemon juice and soya sauce. Serve chilled. (Upload by user)

Oriental Cabbage Salad

Dressing: Put chillies and garlic in blender and grind, adding a little of the plum sauce to keep blades turning. When finely ground, add rest of dressing ingredients except peanuts, blend just to combine and set aside. Add the peanuts only just before serving.
