Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • bit of basil, garlic & oregano
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • salt & pepper for flavor
  • 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Preparation
 


stir fry oil, broccoli, and tomatoes.
add spices for about 3 minutes (till
broccoli is semi-soft).
serve over cooked rice.
