Quick Lunch Miso Soup

Ingredients
 

  • 1 teaspoon miso
  • 2 teaspoons dried scallion
  • 1/3 block of tofu, cubed
  • soy sauce to taste

Preparation
 



Put tofu, scallions, and miso into a microwave-safe
container.


At lunchtime, either add cold water and microwave until hot,
or add hot water.


Stir until the miso is incorporated.
