Bean Dip

Ingredients
 
  • 1 can chilli beans (rinse well)
  • 6 cloves of garlic (rocambole)
  • ground red pepper to taste
  • cumin to taste
  • V-8 juice (to desired thickness)

Preparation
 

Blend beans with a little V-8 until it has a dip-like consistency. Press garlic into the beans and add the pepper and cumin. Blend again.

I dip vegan crackers in my own bean dip.

Ginger Salad Dressing

Greek Vinaigrette
