Easy Thai Dip or Sandwich Spread

Ingredients
 

  • silken soft tofu
  • Thai curry paste, any flavor
  • garlic (optional)
  • red pepper flakes and pep

So easy! Mix the tofu until creamy. Add a couple spoonfuls
(to taste) of paste. Add extra garlic and pepper flakes as
you like. Dip veggies, vegan crackers, etc., or use as pita
sandwich spread, as you would hummus.

Zippy Hummus

Lentil Sauce For Pasta
Rinse the lentils, and then throw all of the ingredients into a saucepan. Boil for 20-30 minutes and then serve over warm pasta. This has to be my very favorite pasta sauce. I make it at least once a week and even my picky younger brother thinks it tas (Upload by user)

Green Salsa
Boil husked tomatillos, serranos, and peeled garlic in water for 15-20 minutes. Remove, drain off water and transfer to a blender. Snip in some cilantro, shake in some pepper and blend. Eat in one sitting. (Upload by user)

Combine all ingredients and puree. Dressing will be very thick and clings very well to greens. Store in tightly sealed container and refrigerate. Shake well before serving, as the dressing separates. (Upload by user)

Incredible Double Green Hummus
The herbs must be fresh. Removing the stems from the cilantro, blend everything except for garbanzo beans together. Then add the garbanzo beans and blend until smooth. Adjust amounts to taste. I made this last night, and I love it! It goes great on
