Banana-Date Breakfast Shake

Ingredients
 
  • 1 Banana
  • 2-3 Medjool Dates (or any kind), pits removed
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups Rice Milk

Preparation
 

Put banana and dates in blender. Add a small amount of rice milk and blend for 1 minute. Add remainder of milk and blend for 1 more minute. Drink up! This liquid breakfast is healthy and delicious. Try experimenting with different fruits.

Billys First Thing in Morning Tea
Put 1/2 qt water and one family size tea bag in a quart canning jar. Microwave for 4 minutes. Add vegan sugar and lemon then stir. Put in a whole tray of ice cubes and stir again. This is quick ice tea. (Upload by user)

Excellent Citrus Punch
Get a punch bowl large enough for your gathering. Make the juices according to the directions on the cans, mixing in the punch bowl. When finished, add the 7UP to taste. Garnish with fresh fruit (i used blueberries and lemon slices).

Yummy Soymilk Chai
Boil water in a saucepan. Add spices and simmer 5 to 6 minutes. Add tea and steep for 1 to 2 minutes. Strain. Heat soymilk separately but do not boil. Sweeten soymilk to taste. Add strained tea to soymilk. Stir and serve in warm cups. Drink and enjoy.
