  • 1/2 cup of oatmeal
  • 1 cup of vanilla vegan soymilk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 apple

Preparation
 


Cook oatmeal according to directions (with soy milk). Mash
banana and grated apple into oatmeal. Fast delicious and
healthy!
