Kidney Beans With Veggies

Ingredients
 

  • 1/2 cup canned kidney beans (I use Heinz)
  • 1 medium red potato
  • 1 medium ripe tomato
  • red onion (as much as you like)
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • thyme, oregano, sweet paprika

Preparation
 


Bake the potato and steam the broccoli.
Put olive oil in pan and add
garlic, onion and tomato and let it sit
for 5 minutes.
When the broccoli and the potato are
ready-add the broccoli, cut the potato
into cubs and add as well.
add the kidney beans and let sit for 5
minutes.
Add thyme, oregano and paprika.
Eat Warm!
