CAKE THAT NEVER LASTS

Ingredients
  3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple &
juice
3 diced, ripe bananas (the riper the
better)
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs

Preparation
  Stir all ingredients together with wooden spoon. DO NOT BEAT. Bake in tube pan or loaf pans at 325 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Check with toothpick. Sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional).

DESSERT CAKE

CARROT CAKE VI
Sift dry ingredients together. Add eggs and oil and mix in mixer. Stir in carrots and nuts. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Mix together and spread on cake. (Upload by user)

CARROT CAKE - CUPCAKES

MINCEMEAT FRUITCAKE
Heat oven to 300 degrees. Generously grease and flour 12 cup Bundt cake pan or tube pan 10 x 4 inches. Beat eggs slightly in large bowl. TOMATO SOUP CAKE II
Cream sugar and shortening; add eggs, vanilla and tomato soup. Mix well. Sift in combined dry ingredients alternately with water. Add raisins and nuts last. OATMEAL CAKE
Pour boiling water into oatmeal. Cream shortening and sugar. Add egg and beat well. Add vanilla. Add oatmeal mixture to rest of batter. Sift flour, cinnamon and soda and add to all. Mix well and bake in 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Brown sugar frosting is good on this cake. (Upload by user)

STRAWBERRY SHORTCUT CAKE
Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over bottom. Combine strawberries and syrup with dry Jello, set aside. In large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil and eggs.
