Cheese in a Jar

Ingredients
  1 pound feta cheese, cubes
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons finely minced green bell pepper
2 tablespoon finely minced red bell pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon peppercorns
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation
  Whisk together all ingredients except cheese until well blended. Place cheese cubes in clean, dry glass jar with tight fitting lid. Pour marinade over cheese. Cover tightly and refrigerate several hours or even several days. Flip jar upside-down occasionally to make sure all cheese gets marinated.

Serve with bread, toasted baguette slices, crackers, fruit or vegetables if desired. Cheese may be replenished in remaining marinade or vinaigrette dressing may be made by adding vinegar to jar. Shake well before serving.

Chicken Curry Balls

Press crescent roll dough onto a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, basil and garlic powder. Spread thinly over cooled crust. Cool hard-boiled eggs; shell and halve lengthwise. Carefully lift out yolks and place in mixing bowl. Mash with fork and add remaining ingredients except paprika; mix until fluffy. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Makes 12. (Upload by user)

Cold Curried Shrimp
Saut� onion, apple and garlic in butter until golden. Remove garlic. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes, curry powder and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for a few minutes.
