Shake all ingredients (except 151-proof rum) with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes. Float the 151-proof rum on top, add a cherry (if desired), and serve.

I have found that this is best mixed in a pitcher and served as a shot.. Flavor is by preference but I have found that powdered Kool-Aid works well.. Slushie Ice works best but very fine blended ice works as well but add some powdered sugar to desired sweetness... And of course the Jose Cuervo P (Upload by user)
