Ultimate Cheese Ball

Ingredients
  16 ounces cream cheese
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon chopped pimento
1 tablespoon chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon chopped onion
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Dash of cayenne pepper
Dash of salt

Preparation
  Blend well the cream cheese and Cheddar cheese. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape into a ball. Roll in chopped pecans.

Beef Roll-Ups

Bloody Mary Bites
The day before, peel the tomatoes by dipping in boiling water for 10 seconds then plunging into ice water. The skins will easily slip off. Place all ingredients except cilantro and paprika in a food processor fitted with the steel blade. Cover and process until smooth, about 1 minute. Roll mixture by teaspoonsful into chile shapes.
