Ingredients
 

  • 2 cup carrots, peeled and diced
  • water or dashi(kombu bouillon)
  • 1 tablespoon kuzu(japanese wild root) or arrowroot

Cook carrots with water or dashi for 20 minutes.


Add water dissolved kuzu, stir well.
