Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients
 

  • 1-8oz. container veggie cream cheese
  • 1 cup vegan sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 to 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1-16oz. container non-dairy whipped cream
  • 1 vegan graham cracker crust

Preparation
 


Mix together veggie cream cheese and vegan sugar. Add vanilla
and peanut butter. Fold in whipped cream. Put in crust.
Place in freezer until hard (3 to 4 hours.) Cut and
enjoy!!
