Quick Carrot Nut Spread

Ingredients
1cupcarrots, scrubbed, slivered
2/3cuppeanut butter, chunky
1teaspoonlime juice
3/4cupbanana, ripe, peeled, sliced
1/2cupcurrents, dried
1salt, to taste
1pepper, to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in blender, adding about a quarter of the ingredients at a time.

Total calories per serving: 127 Fat: 7 grams
