Indian Cucumber Salad
3 md Size cucumbers; 1 c Plain low-fat yogurt; 1 tb Fresh lemon juice 1 ts Ground cumin; 1 ts Dried mint leaves; Peel cucumber, cut in half, discard seeds and slice thinly. Mix remaining ingredients together, add cucumbers and stir together.
