Hamburger - Onion Pie
| Ingredients | |||
| 1 | cup | bisquick | |
| 1/3 | cup | cream, light | |
| 1 | pound | hamburger | |
| 2 | each | onions | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | pepper | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | flavor extender | |
| 2 | tablespoon | bisquick | |
| 2 | each | eggs | |
| 1 | cup | cottage cheese | |
Directions: | |||
| Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix bisquick with cream with hands, knead gently 10 times. Roll dough to fit 9 inch pie plate. Saute beef and onion in frypan, add next four ingredients mix well & put in pie plate. Beat eggs slightly and blend in cottage cheese. Pour over meat, sprinkle with paprika and bake 30 minutes. | |||
