Chicken Loaf
1 c Raw Rice 1 c Grated Carrots 1 sm Onion, Grated 1/2 Green Bell Pepper, Diced 1 1/2 c Cooked Chicken Or Turkey 3/4 lb Grated Cheddar Cheese 1 qt Milk 1 ts Salt 1 ds Pepper Mix all ingredients together. Place in a 9" X 13" baking dish and bake at 325?F for 1-1/2 hours. From: Syd`s Cookbook. |
