Linguine with Tuna
1 tablespoon Olive oil 1 Red pepper -- chopped 1 Green pepper -- chopped 1 Onion -- chopped 10 milliliters Garlic -- minced 1 pound Tuna; grill -- cut bite-size 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar 6 Tomatoes -- chop ds Cumin ds Turmeric Salt and pepper Linguine; cook al dente Saute peppers, onion and garlic in oil until tender. Add tomatoes, tuna, vinegar, spices and capers. Serve over pasta. |
