Garlic Oregano Pasta

Extruder: 1 1/4 C Semolina Flour

1 Tbsp Dried Oregano

1 Egg Beaters� 99% Egg Substitute -- Or equiv to 1 egg

1 Clove Garlic -- minced

1 Tbsp Water -- if and as needed

*NOTE: The original recipe called for 1 T olive oil OPTIONAL, I never use oil in any of my pasta recipes.

Liquid garlic juice may be used in place of minced or pressed garlic. This pasta is wonderful with your favorite tomato sauce or as a side disk to any meat. Both the garlic and oregano may be adjusted to your taste.
