Strawberry Banana Breakfast Shake

1/2 c Strawberries *

1/2 md Banana, Cut Into Chunks

1/2 c Orange Juice, Fresh

3 tb Low Fat Yogurt

* Strawberries should be frozen and unsweetened. ~------------------------------------------------------------------------- Place all ingredients in a blender bowl and process until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. 85 calories per serving. From: Syd`s Cookbook. -----
