Seafood: "Wrapped `N Rolled"

Shrimp -- grilled and diced Lobster Meat -- grilled and diced Tuna, seared in Sesame and Poppy Seed -- diced Sesame Oil Bok Choy Bean Sprouts Tortilla Shells Radicchio Salt & Pepper to taste

Peanut Sauce: Mix Peanut butter, a touch of Peanut Oil, Soy Sauce, and some crushed Red Pepper. Saute bok choy and bean sprouts in sesame oil. Add diced seafood and radicchio, saute and add salt and pepper to taste. Spread peanut sauce in tortilla shell. Remove seafood ingredients from heat and wrap all ingredients in tortilla shell.
