Monterey Tortilla Casserole
1 cup tortilla chips -- coarsely crushed 2 cups cooked turkey -- cubed 1 can creamed corn -- (about 16 ounces) 3/4 PACE Picante Sauce 1/2 cup sliced black olives 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese -- about 4 ounces Chopped green or red pepper Tortilla chips 1. In 2-quart casserole layer crumbled chips, turkey, corn and picante sauce. Top with olives and cheese. 2. Bake at 350�F. for 40 minutes or until hot. Top with pepper. Serve with chips. Serves 4. |
