Fruit Tortilla Pizza

4 small fat-free flour tortillas

1 cup fat-free ricotta cheese

1/2 cup cottage cheese, lowfat

2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup mixed fruit -- fresh*

Preheat oven to 450. Line baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with nonfat cooking spray. Place tortillas on baking sheet and bake for 3 to 5 minutes, j ust until crisp. In a food processor or blender, combine ricotta cheese, cotta ge cheese, 1 tbsp brown sugar and cinnamon; blend until smooth and creamy. Div ide cheese mixture evenly among tortillas; top each tortillas with 1/4 cup mixe d berries. Sprinkle remaining brown sugar on top of berries and bake 5 minutes , until heated through . Serve immediately.

Per serving = 209 calories, 0.4 gm fat, 11.2 mg cholesterol, 418.9 mg sodium, 3 7.7 gm carbohydrate, 7.3 gm fiber, 15.4 gm protein.
