Crockpot Swiss Steak No. 3

Ingredients
2poundround steak, cut in pieces
3tablespoonflour
2tablespoonoil
1eachtomatoes, 16 oz can, chopped
1eachonion, chopped fine
2eachcelery stalks, chopped fine
1tablespoondijon mustard
2tablespoonwine vinegar
2eachbeef bouillon cubes
1tablespoonworcestershire sauce
1eachbay leaf
1salt
1pepper

Directions:

Season meat with salt and pepper. Dredge meat in flour. Heat oil in large skillet. Brown meat in batches so as not to crowd in pan. Add to crockpot with remaining ingredients. Cover pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with boiled, herbed potatoes.
