Clam Casserole
3 6.5 oz cans minced clams -- drained 4 eggs -- well beaten 1/4 cup butter -- melted 1/3 cup milk 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup minced onion 1/4 cup minced green pepper 18 saltine crackers (about 1 cup) -- crushed In bowl, mix all ingredinets. Pour into well-greased Crock-Pot. Cover and coo k on Low for 5 to 6 hours. Serves 6 |
