Spinach Meatballs
| Ingredients | |||
| 1 1/2 | pound | beef, ground | |
| 1/2 | cup | onion, chopped | |
| 1 | each | egg | |
| 1/4 | cup | parmesan cheese, grated | |
| 1 | each | spinach, frozen package, chopped, thawed, drained | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | pepper | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | garlic powder | |
| 1 | cup | broth, beef | |
| 8 | oz | tomato sauce | |
| 1/2 | cup | wine, dry, red | |
| 1 | tablespoon | cornstarch | |
Directions: | |||
| Mix all ingredients, form small balls, place in 1 1/2 qt casserole. Mix broth, tomato sauce, wine and cornstarch. Pour over meatballs. Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 40-60 minutes. Can be served over noodles, or great for parties served in crockpot. | |||
