Hearty Meat & Vidalia Onion Pie*

-------------------------EILEEN LAMPARELLI CGDR39A------------------------- FIRST LAYER 1 cn Bisquits

SECOND LAYER 1 lb Ground beef

1/4 ts Tabasco sauce

1 md Vidalia onion;chopped

1 oz Mushrooms;chopped

2 lg Eggs

1/2 ts Italian seasonings

1 ts Parsley

1/2 ts Salt

1/4 ts Oregano

1/2 ts Pepper

THIRD LAYER 1 c Swiss cheese;grated

1 c Cheddar cheese;grated

3 lg Eggs

1/2 c Sour cream

1/2 c Half and half

First Layer: Make a pie shell out of the canned bisquits. Second Layer Saute meat, onions and mushrooms in a small amount of oil until meat is lightly browned, and the onions are limp. Drain off excess fat and seasonings. Mix well. Remove from heat and add eggs. Mix well and pour on top of bisquit layer. THIRD LAYER Mix the ingredients and spread over meat layer. Beat in a 350 oven for 40 minutes or until brown. -----
