Ground Beef and Vegetable Casserole
2 lg potatoes; sliced 2 md carrots; sliced, up to 3 1 cn peas; well drained 3 md onions; sliced 1 1/2 lb ground beef; browned 2 celery; sliced 10 1/2 oz can tomato soup soup can full of water Place layers of the vegetables in the order given in crock pot. Season each layer with salt and pepper. Put the lightly browned ground beef on top of t he celery. Mix the tomato soup with the water and pour over the layers. Cov er and set on low for 6 to 8 hours, stirring occasionally. Serves 4 to 5. busted by sooz |
