Grami`s Meatloaf
1 pound lean ground beef 1 pound cottage cheese, lowfat 1/4 cup oats, rolled (raw) 1 tablespoon mustard 3 tablespoons ketchup 1 teaspoon oregano 1 teaspoon basil 2 tablespoons parsley 1/4 cup parmesan cheese Combine all but parmesan cheese in a large bowl. Transfer to loaf pan. Bake 30-45 minutes, or until cooked through. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top during last 5 minutes of cooking. posted to Frozen Assets List |
