Crockpot Meatballs 2
| Ingredients | |||
| 2 | pound | ground beef | |
| 1 | pound | italian sausage | |
| 1 1/2 | cup | sour cream | |
| 1 | each | fried onions (2.8 oz can) | |
| 2 | each | eggs | |
| 1 | each | onion soup mix package | |
| 1 | cup | parmesan cheese | |
| 2 | each | cream of mushroom soup, cans | |
| 1 | pound | mozzarella cheese, shredded | |
Directions: | |||
| Mix first 8 ingredients together. Form into balls. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees until firm, about 20 minutes. Place meatballs in crockpot. Top with soup and cheese. Cook on Low 6 hours. | |||
