Veggie Burgers 1

2 cups rolled oats

1 1/2 cups carrots -- grated

1/2 cup string beans -- diced(or other veggi

1/2 cup cabbage -- diced

1/2 cup mushrooms -- diced

1/2 cup broccoli -- diced

1/2 cup onions -- diced

1 clove garlic -- (pressed)

3 tbsp flour -- (give or take)

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup soy sauce

salt & pepper to taste

Mix all the ingredients together - shape into patties. Brown patties on both sides - place in a baking pan and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
