Manestra (Pasta)
6 c Lamb (or chicken) broth 16 oz Manestra or rice 16 oz Tomato bits 1/2 c Romano cheese; grated Combine lamb broth, manestra, and tomato bits; cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
