Lime Hot Pickle
6 Lime -- cut into eighths 1 t Salt, pickling 3 tb Hot Pepper -- or less to taste 3 c Lemon juice Place in jar. Keep at room temp or more for 3 weeks. Serve with bland or lamb meat dishes. |
