Afghani Lamb with Spinach

1/4 | teaspoon | cardamom, ground | |||||||||||||||
1 | teaspoon | red pepper, crushed, or to taste | |||||||||||||||

32 | ounce | tomatoes, canned drained and chopped | |||||||||||||||
