Honey Caramel Sauce


1 cup honey
1 cup evaporated skim milk
1/2 cup butter

Cook, stirring, until mixture boils. Continue to boil, stirring, until
thick and caramel colored, about 10 minutes. Pour into sterile jars
and store in the refrigerator.
