No- Fat Banana - Split Pie
***Crust*** 2 cups Snack Wells fat-free Cinnamon Snacks 1 1/2 Tbs. sugar -- plus 1 1/2 packets Sweet & Low 4 tablespoons liquid Butter Buds ***Filling*** 2 bananas -- sliced 2 cups sugar-free -- no-fat vanilla pudding 1 cup crushed pineapple -- drained 2 cups Lite Cool Whip 2 cups fresh strawberries -- sliced Crust: Combine all ingredients and press into the bottom of an 8-inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 4 - 5 minutes. Filling: Layer ingredients in crust in order listed. Refrigerate and serve. Ann Ferguson |
