Henzi`s Seed Bread

| 1 | package | yeast | |
| 1 | tablespoon | sugar | |
| 1 1/2 | cup | flour, bread | |
| 1 1/2 | cup | whole-wheat flour | |
| 2/3 | cup | rye flour | |
| 1/2 | cup | cornmeal | |
| 1/2 | cup | bran, flaked | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/3 | cup | raisins, golden | |
| 1/3 | cup | walnuts, or pecans, chopped | |
| 1/3 | cup | sunflower seeds | |
| 1/3 | cup | poppy seeds | |
| 2 | tablespoon | caraway seeds | |
| 1 | cup | water, warm | |
| 1/3 | cup | milk, warm | |
| 1 | tablespoon | oil | |
| 4 | tablespoon | honey | |
| 1 | each | egg | |
Directions: | |||
| Add all dry ingredients. Then pour in the liquids, measure the oil before the honey and watch the honey slip right off the spoon. Select the white bread cycle on your bread machine and push start. This loaf may sag a bit in the center, but does not affect the texture or taste. | |||
