Coconut Macaroons #2
1/3 c All-purpose flour 2 c Shredded coconut 1/4 c Chopped cashews 1/8 ts Salt 2/3 c Sweetened condensed milk 1 ts Vanilla extract Preheat oven to 350. Grease a cookie sheet. Mix together flour, coconut, cashews & salt together in a bowl. Pour in condensed milk & vanilla. Stir well. Drop by tablespoon onto cookie sheet & bake until light golden brown. Let cool.
