Rotel Dip
1 lb Hamburger meat 1 lb Sausage 1 lg Onion, finely chopped 1 lb Jalapeno cheese 1 lb Velveeta cheese 1 cn Ro-Tel tomatoes 1 cn Cream of chicken soup Brown hamburger meat and sausage together; set aside. Saute onions, set aside. Melt the jalapeno cheese and Velveeta cheese; add RoTel tomatoes and soup. Add hamburger meat, sausage and sauteed onion; heat until bubbly. Serve with chips.
