Guerrini Chicken Wings**

2 lb To 3 lb chicken wings

1 1/2 ts Salt

7 tb Cornstarch

2 Cloves garlic, minced

4 tb Flour

2 Eggs

5 tb Soy sauce

4 tb Sugar

1 tb Toasted sesame seeds

2 Green onions, chopped
