Bleu Cheese Balls
| Ingredients | |||
| 8 | ounces | cream cheese, softened | |
| 2 | ounces | bleu cheese | |
| 3 | tablespooons | celery, chopped | |
| 1/4 | cup | onion, chopped | |
| 2 | tablespoon | parsley, dried | |
| 2 | tablespoons | chives, dried (optional) | |
| 1 | pecans or walnuts, chopped for rolling | ||
Directions: | |||
| Mix all ingredients; form into balls. Roll in chopped pecans or walnuts; chill. | |||
