Eastern North Carolina Style Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
 

1 cup white vinegar
1 cup cider vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tbsp tabasco sauce
1 salt -- to taste
1 freshly cracked black pepper
1 to taste
