Basic White Bread Pan 1.0

Ingredients
 

2 1/4 cup bread flour (16 oz)
1 tbsp dry milk (1/3 oz)
1 tsp salt (1/3 oz)
1 tbsp butter (3/5 oz)
2 tbsp sugar (9/10 oz)
15/16 cup water (11 fl oz)
1 tsp dry yeast*

*If Fleishmans yeast, add 2 tsp yeast. Add flour, milk, salt, butter
, sugar then the water. Best when cooked on Basic; light crust cycle.
Make 1 lb. loaf in the Panasonic.
