Green Beans With Sweet Red Pepper

Ingredients
 

1/2 lb green beans, trimmed
1/4 cup diced sweet red pepper
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1/2 tsp each sesame oil and lemon juice
1 salt and pepper

Preparation
  In saucepan of boiling water, cook green beans for 4 minutes or just
until tender-crisp; drain well.

Toss beans with red pepper, sesame seeds, sesame oil, lemon juice,
and salt and pepper to taste. Makes 2 servings. Typed in MMFormat by
