Chinese Red Marinade

Ingredients
 


FOR PORK

1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp finely grated ginger root
4 tsp soy sauce
4 tsp honey
4 tsp dry sherry
1/2 tsp five-spice powder
4 tsp chili sauce
